Brewed with Pilsner malt, and mashed with many pounds of Heart Of Palm - an essential food to the indigenous (and original) stewards of this beautiful swath of deep south swampland.
A rounded earthiness complimented by bready notes; a touch of citrus from Azacca to liven it all up.
