Forks Out
Hefeweizen - 5.5% ABV
Forks Out, is a collaboration with our good friends from Naples Noms. The beer is a Hefeweizen, which is a traditional Bavarian beer. In German, hefe means “yeast” and weizen translates to “wheat.” This cloudy ale's flavor profile is driven by its unmistakable yeast characteristics that imparts aromas and flavors of banana, bubble gum and clove, making it both fruity and spicy.
Westide Red
Red Ale - 5.4% ABV
Westide Red, is our flagship red ale. Pouring a deep amber/copper color, it balances notes of sweet caramel, fresh baked bicuits and chocolate, with a refreshing and medium bodied finish. It uses traditional American hops and low abv to make it a perfect drinker for any time of the year
Great White Thunderstorm
American Wheat - 5.9% ABV
During the brewing process, vast amounts of sweet orange and coriander were steeped to infuse just the right amount of citrus and the unique aromatic qualities of coriander. It is brewed using nearly 50% wheat malt, to deliver the unmistakable mouthfeel and experience that keeps us coming back for more.
What Duck?
NEIPA - 7% ABV
What Duck, is a NEIPA, brewed with El Dorado and Citra hops. We use them generously, throughout the entire brewing process. By adding these hops at 6 different intervals, we are able to create layers and layers of fresh citrus, juicy pineapple and stone fruit..
Geezer Pleaser
American Lager - 4.3% ABV
Geezer Pleaser is kept at a very low temperature and under pressure for the duration of fermentation. These two techniques create a wonderful crisp flavor and allow the beer to be 100% naturally carbonated. This natural carb embodies the beer with an extremely creamy and long lasting foam that enhances the overall experience.
Hola Turistas
Mexican Lager – 5.6% ABV
Hola Turistas, is our take on a Mexican style Dark Lager. It is brewed with pilsen malt, flaked corn and a touch of darker colored specialty malts for color and added sweetness. A healthy dose of Moutueka hops are added throughout the brewing process, as they contribute wonderful lime notes to the profile. We ferment this beer slightly warmer than traditional lagers to enhance the fruity aromatics.
Kraken
Double IPA - 11.5% ABV
Kraken is our flagship Imperial DIPA. It is the perfect marriage of malt sweetness and hops. The warmth from the ABV compliments the flavor profile and makes it a great beer to sip and enjoy.
Riddle Box
West Coast Style Pale Ale - 5.8% ABV
Riddle Box, is a west coast style pale ale. This dank and sessionable pale ale is the perfect blend of floral, tropical, fruity, and earthy characteristics. It pours a brilliant golden orange color and has a balanced flavor profile of malt sweetness, hop bitterness and slightly dry finish
Port(er) Royal
Porter - 5.3% ABV
Our Gulf Porter is an EngPort(er) Royal is our porter made with 2 Row Malt, Pale Chocolate Malt, Roasted Barley, Crystal 120 and Flaked Oats. It is medium bodied, with a light bitterness that plays well with the sweetness of the specialty malts. The creamy mouthfeel is long lasting and is the perfect finish, letting the aromatic notes of coffee, toffee and chocolate engulf your senses.
Darkside
Stout – 8.5% ABV
Darkside, is our robust Stout aged on vanilla and cacao nibs. It is rich, creamy, and smooth, while packing a subtle sweetness and aromatics reminiscent of your favorite fresh baked dessert.
